The Sport-Thieme gym rope weighing just 95 g is braided in line with international specifications, making it particularly hard-wearing and resilient. To achieve the ideal length for your height, stand on the rope with the toes of both your feet, and tension the rope vertically using your arms. Then simply wrap it around your wrists until your hands are just below your chest. This gym rope is made of soft polypropylene and is therefore particularly skin-friendly. Its diameter is 9 mm – both in the middle and at each end.
